Hello,

It seems that not all files were upgraded correctly. Try reinstalling your JoomSEF from ARTIO Server using the Upgrade page.

Hello, thanks for your response.

I can't update from the serveur because there is a bug into 4.00 package, and dw id don't work....this is the response from artio email contact

"it seems the problem is in the built in procedure in JoomSEF 4.0.0 and
4.0.1.
To upgrade to 4.0.2 you will thus need to upgrade "from the package",
not using the online way.
"
Update "from the package" have few error, I don't understand why...all files listed in error are in 777.

What can I do ?

Thanks
Phil

Hello,
I would probably recommend you to unistall it and reinstall from scratch. Make sure all the folders have correct write permissions BEFORE UNINSTALL, so also all old files get removed.
