Hello,

I tried to update version throught backend system and it shows this message:

Provided Download ID is not valid for the requested file: com_joomsef3.zip. Please, make sure you are using valid Download ID for this product. (com_joomsef4.zip)

Unable to find install package.

The reason is probably that you have originally installed 4.0.0 and then have been just upgrading? There was an error in the upgrade file definitinon in 4.0.0.

So, the easiest way now is to download the new release at www.artio.net/e-shop/download-area using your donwload ID and do the "upgrade from file" instead of the online update.

Hi Jan,

I do steps you told me but it seems that downloaded file trought www.artio.net/e-shop/download-area is 4.0.2 and not allow to updated to 4.0.3.
