I have just a question,

It is possible to use the option "301 redirect" when I put "JoomSEF Enabled" option on Off ?

If I resume, if I select No on "JoomSEF Enabled", the 301 rediction working ?

Hi, the 301 redirection won't work if you disable JoomSEF. With JoomSEF disabled, only the .htaccess file redirections will work.
