I am trying to use the meta keywords and description option but it states: Please note that JoomSEF Mambot must be installed

Where do i get this from in order to use this feature

Don't carry about meta keywords, it's totaly unuseful for google, who doesn't care.

JoomSEF Mambot is part of the default installation, so you do not need to care about that. (btw. it is listed in system plugins of your site)
