Is there any (detailed) documentation on what the different options in JoomSEF do? For example, what happens when I 'Purge URLs", 'Clear Cache', 'Update URLs'?
Can I clear the cache just like that? Etc.

Sorry to say that, but not at the moment. It still need some work and we are damn extremely busy lately. So it may take still a few weeks.
