i purchased a copy of the joomsef for virtuemart but have received no download link or any other confirmation, other than that sent by paypal. After waiting over an hour I'm left wondering what to do next?

Dear Jon,

I noticed some error messages regarding to email deliveries.
Please, make sure you have stated correct email address when purchasing
and also that the email has not been filtered by any on anti-spam
filters.

I will check the status of the order in our system and resend the
download info.
You can also get the application via our webpages, after loging-in to
our website.

hi, there isn't an issue with the email address. The email does have greylisting operating to reduce SPAM but this should not affect normal email, the eror you mention should occur once as a temporary error and then on the automatic retry, email is received. To highlight this I've received all your automated forum emails and have received others as normal too.
I would very much like to download the product I bought but when I login I can see no links despite searching for a significant time. Can you please send the link as you have sent the other emails.

Hello,

I do not know how to help you, what I can see is that the email has been sent by our mail server. The rest is not in our hands.
We also have greylisting installed, but it should not return error messages like the one we got as response.

Are you sure that "enquires" shall not be "enquiries"?
