Hello,

upgrade from 3.2.9 to 3.2.11 should work fine.
If you have been upgrading originally from older version, the best is to upgrade to 3.2.4 first and then to 3.2.11. That is confirmed to work.

I have the same problem upgrading from 3.2.0 to 3.2.11: File does not exist in upgrade package: /site/sef_ext/com_docman.xml.

I have been searching for the 3.2.4 version to download it, but cannot find it. Only 3.2.11 is awailable in the shop.

Can you let me know how to download it. Thank you.

Use the free version to upgrade from 3.2.0 to 3.2.4 (you can download it in JoomSEF archive)
and then use paid version to upgrade from 3.2.4 to 3.2.11.
