Hello,

can you detail how the "invoce date" is calculated?

It seems the last date from "S" or "C" order status.

Hello. Invoice date is chosen based on Invoice Configuration->"Default Invoice Date" config option. By default it is order last modify date. However, invoice date can be manually changed for each invoice. Once invoice date is created, it is not changed afterwards.
