Thanks for doc in here: www.artio.net/vm-invoice/documentation#d0e1301 (already seen) but don't you think miss some code after "3. Line 75 (after previous step is probably around 80), add the code. Code must be inserted before "" tag:"

yes, there is a mistake in the documentation at our website, but you can find correct information in PDF documentation that you obtain with installation package.
