I only purchased it 2 days ago so I presume that if your sites download is up to date that I would have the latest.

I also didn't expect a response within that time frame but if an entire business site goes down during the peak period of the day without any resolution, then a response to an email marked as urgent would be appreciated.

I may not be your only customer but coming from a service industry as you also are in, every customer counts!

Either way your team have now responded (several times) and have offered to do the full install with only one hour being charged at 35 euro which is more than fair.

I think it should be offered/mentioned in your email invoice after payment to save people the grief.

Hello,

well according to your email it seems the problem was first in some wrong setting and it followed by only partial uninstallation which caused then even more severe problem.

So I believe the problem was not at our side this time.
Anyway, as mentioned, we will gladly assist you with the installation within our paid support.

I think all should be working just fine when set properly.

Unfortunately No.
Even after I paid for the installation and received an email to say it was installed and working the exact same issue is still present.
If I was simply told what the error was or how to fix it I could of had someone look into it but I thought I would go the fastest route and get the developers to check and ensure everything is working properly.

I honestly don't think they even tested it.

The initial install took me 10 mins and I paid for a full hour so I would expect some correspondence such as how I would like the invoice to look or when do I want the invoices sent?

I am not totally computer literate but I think that would have been good customer support considering it was paid for and would definitely have time left just for a follow up to make sure everything was as it should be.

I sent an email back within a minute of checking the program.
Still no reply :-(

But the problem is, that you (or someone) else has added nonsense testing data.

and that is where the error is being generated at.
Obviously, the code there is absolute nonsense.

Before this testing code was added, it was working just fine.
So solution is easy, just remove this mess and put there a real data. We will delete it now to make it work.

Thank you.
I obviously could not have found that error code and without paying for support the set-up would have been impossible on my end so your help is appreciated.

I haven't tested it yet to make sure everything works but i did have a final question or more perhaps a recommendation.

Current fields include - tax number, bank cose, swift, IBAN, Vat id, registration etc.
None of which can be used in Australia!
Can the text be altered so I can display our legal requirements such as ABN, BSB, Reference, Trading Terms, etc.
And more importantly how do i remove the advertising at the bottom of the invoices.
It is not professional for business use to advertise a Joomla component, links or website address other than our own.

Is it another paid option (which I will pay for if I have to so I can use the system)
