I have serious problems with version 2.2.4.so I hope update would resolve some of those. But I can not update. I have valid download id. When try to update from Arto server I get error: "Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [no address given] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log."

When I try to upload package file I get error:" Internal Server Error

Hello,

have you got any error in the server error log?
Did you try to contact your server administrator to check your problem?

Now I got this error when trying to upgrade from artio server:

An error has occurred.
1060 Duplicate column name 'info' SQL=ALTER TABLE `gwfrc_booking_payment` ADD `info` TEXT NOT NULL AFTER `title`

I sent message to my server company, but I don't know do they help or not.

Server guy told that maybe reason is long script running time. Now script max. running time is 60 seconds. They can increase time for PHP, if I pay 10 euros. Do you think does it help?

Hello, 60 seconds is enough. If you have a problem to update then you should reinstall. So first uninstall and install again from fresh package downloaded from here www.artio.net/e-shop/download-area. Such reinstalling does not delete any data.
