I am a PAID Customer, so please dont ignore this request like you have been doing for all my others!
I have contacted you from your email form below as well as created support requests and have not heard anything - it has been almost over 7 days!!
My support requests are sent but a popup advises that the request will be sent to a moderator and then posted once approved - is the moderators inbox full or something? Because for over a week now I have not been able to access or view my pending requests. Nor are any of my requests in the
Have I been blacklisted or something?
I don't want to have to re-create my missing support topics if they are just sitting on some moderators inbox but if that is the only way to get some service I will.
I encourage you to at least contact me to advise where my requests are because I don't appreciate being ignored on support that I have PAID for.
