when i created a link to check ticket, i got an error below

The configuration file for VirtueMart is missing!
It should be here: /administrator/components/com_virtuemart/virtuemart.cfg.php

Pls how do i correct this?

Hello,

I know about this problem, but the problem occurs because of some VirtueMart plug-in. The eTicket component uses the VM configuration file (for correct settings according to VM settings), but the problem is the VM plug-in (module). Specially the function, which checks if the configuration file exists.
solution of this problem is to turn off the problem plug-in (module) or it's needed programmer's work to fix the VM plug-in. This solution has one disadvantage, the changes can be rewritten by next VM update.

But how do i know which of the plugin causes this problem.

Go to joomla administration / plugin manager (module manager) and try to switch some VirtueMart plugins off. Then check, if the problem still remains.

If it doesn't help, let contact my bosses to get info about the payed support.

it does not work. i disable all Virtuemart Plugin present, yet it refuses to work
