I just bought the Fusion Charts extension in the User version. Can you tell how to upgrade from FusionCharts free version? I already create some charts and i don´t want to loose them. Tried to installed the extension and gives me a message that another component (free version) is installed in that directory.

Your account has no orders. For this reason you can not use Customer Support Forum.
Free version and Paid version of Fusion Charts are not compatible. Both of them use completely different type of graphs. If you need to transfer old charts to paid component then we can offer you custom paid support. Maybe should be publish on your site somewhere that the extesions free and paid are not compatible. Can you tell me then, what are the steps to make in order I uninstall succesfully the free version extension and start all over?

Easy way:
You can uninstall component in Extension -> Extension Manager -> Manage.
Then remove also database tables for artiofusioncharts.
Now it should be clear to install paid version.
