I purchased JoomSEF a couple of days ago, having moved from a competitive component.
So far I am happy with my decision. I am only having one significant problem.

I have set "Add categories to URL" to off.
It works as advertised, when the URL points to a category article:
www.panosfx.com/free-photoshop-actions/i...weaving-photo-strips

But it does not work when I am selecting a menu link that points to the entire category.
JoomSEF will still add the category alias to the URL (in my example it happens to be the same with the menu alias):
www.panosfx.com/free-photoshop-actions/free-photoshop-actions

It should create this URL instead:
www.panosfx.com/free-photoshop-actions/

So, how do I remove the category alias from the URL, in this case?
I want to be consistent with the URLs produced by the previous component, thus avoiding any 404 errors.

Excuse me, but how long does it take to reply to a ticket?
It's been two days since I posted it yet I haven't received a reply to the issue. I can't say that I feel happy.
