I decided to delete all my SEF and METATAG url and now i can't generate anyone again.
Before trying to generate again I purge all SEF URL and CLEAR CACHE from maintenance menu I log out from JOOMLA and login again.
After that i go to the Crawl Website option and try to generate I try various level of crawl option 1,5,10 but nothing.
I get no SEF URL at all.
I'm working with ESTATE AGENT component. I have installed the ESTATE AGENT extension too.
Would appreciate your help.

What happens when you run the Crawler? Does it run and crawl the website, but without generating SEF URLs or it doesn't run at all?

First of all thank you for your response but your answer does not help me at all.
If you take care and read my message carefully I explain you the trouble I have when I use your component.
We decided to buy the component for the excellent comments we read on the Web but I’m a little confused with the use of your component and I think that it doesn’t work like you said.
I’ll try to explain once more my trouble with your component.
The website is an Estate Agent and we are using the EstateAgent component from Estate Agent Improved v. 1.5.8

Sometimes your component generates some URL other times nothing. I try various level of crawl option 1,5,10 but nothing.
I log out from JOOMLA then log in again and sometimes I have some new URL generated when I go to the SER URL and I’m afraid but I think this is not a normal way to work. I can’t lose 4 hours to generate 3 SEF URL.

Normally the SEF URLs are generated when you browse your website - when some URL is being displayed for the first time, it's corresponding SEF URL is generated.
The Crawl function should help with that by browsing the website for you. But I need more information about how it behaves when you run the Crawler, that's why I asked those questions. Does the crawler run correctly? Does it end with the Success or Error message? How many URLs does it crawl?
Also make sure that you don't have a cache in Joomla enabled when you want to regenerate SEF URLs, otherwise the cached content may prevent new URLs from being generated.

Time goes by and my problem remains unsolved.
As I said in my first mail if you take care and read it carefully the crawler run correctly
It end with a success message but sometimes it crawl 0 URLs sometimes 5, 10 and so on so I’m very confused with it.
The cache option from JOOMLA is not activated.
As I also said before we decide to buy this component to help us to generate SEF URL in a REAL ESTATE WEBSITE and what we can’t do is to manually track hundreds of pages of propertys ads.
I would beg you urgent help otherwise we may have to return the product for not meeting our expectations.
