on site tenniscornershop.com the single product does ignore settings...
i get categories but the mode rewrite for the single item does not work...
example...
categories tree
tenniscornershop.com/prodotti/racchette/standard
detail item
tenniscornershop.com/prodotti/racchette/...2&category_id=31
extedion is paid and ID saved the key is "yellow"

version 2.1.7.

i have a doubt...
does this extension work only on paid version of artio SEF?

it is going even worser...
i bought also the full version of JomSEF and the url, url management cache...
everythins seem to be empty...
also sitemap is empty

I think there is something wrong.

Hi,
Our extensions don't need the paid version of JoomSEF.
If the URLs are empty that means that JoomSEF is not running. Open JoomSEF's Control Panel and on the right side check in the SEF Status box that everything is enabled.
