Why still the old links are generated in the "404 Log" or in "Automatic SEF URLs", if I added links to the old "Alias ​​list"?
What should I do to avoid it?

The aliases need to be relative, without the domain and usually without trailing slash, like this:
forum-po40
index.php?option=com_kunena&func=entrypage&view=entrypage&Itemid=292
