Dear JoomSEF users,

due to some complaints about long response times to questions of our paying customers, we have decided to create this forum. Its main goal is to provide our paying customers with better response times. We will answer questions in this forum with higher priority.
If you are non-paying customer, you may of course check here if your problem has been solved already, but please do not add any posts to this forum.

Forum rules:
  1. As paying customer, please, always state your order ID. Posts without order ID stated will be not answered and will be removed from this forum.
  2. To preserve both your and our time, please make sure to read the FAQ first to check if your problem is already not discussed there.
  3. Always state your Joomla version, JoomSEF version and if the question regards a JoomSEF extension then also extension version. However, generally, always try to upgrade to the latest version to see if the problem was not already fixed.
  4. Please, be patient if we do not respond immediatelly, we do our best to reply as soon as possible. If you problem is really urgent (site not working), use one of the support phone numbers or support email.

A quick question regarding the support option. I have not read any where on the site, any form of an estimated time for recieving any form of a support response. I believe it is important to highlight support times to your paying customers urgently.

I am sorry to say that, but there is no response time guarantee, even for paying customers. Our component pricing policy does not allow that. The prices would have to be significantly higher if the guaranteed support shall be included.

However, in our forums, we first answer questions of paying customers and then of non paying ones. Based on the stats we have, our average response time (for paying customers) is 1-2 business days.

If you need guaranteed support response time, you have to buy it. The price is dependant on the fastness of the response http://www.artio.net/en/e-shop/support-services (you can choose from 3 days, 2 days, or 1 business! day support response time).
