TOPIC: Site down/ jomsef components not working

jomsef: 3.7.4
joomla: 1.5.22

My components were working just fine. The most recent thing I attempted to do was add an authentication key for bing (live.com, not sure if related) but now when I click on certain tools within jomsef I'm getting the following error message:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting ')' in /home/thesoul2/public_html/administrator/components/com_sef/configuration.php on line 81
