The order number 24439 is correctly assigned to your forum account cod3gen, so you should be able to access the JoomSEF 4 Customer Support section.
We'll check what's the problem and let you know.

We've checked the problem and everything seems all right. Your account cod3gen has two orders assigned - 24439 (JoomSEF 4) and 24862 (JomSocial extension for JoomSEF 4). So you should be able to access customer support sections for extensions and JoomSEF4:

Im able to write in extension category, but still not joomsef 4 category, it gives this message:

Hm, all settings seem to be correct from our point of view. May I ask you if you could send me a password to your forum account to Tato emailová adresa je chráněna před spamboty, abyste ji viděli, povolte JavaScript so I can test what's causing the problem? Thank you.
I'll let you know when I'm done so you can change it afterwards if you like.
