Historie společnosti sahá do roku 1991. V roce 2000 jsme navázali spolupráci s finskou společností Illamark Oy. Díky tomuto kroku se zaměření společnosti se přesunulo blíže k oblasti vývoje vlastního software a poskytování služeb a poradenství. V roce 2005 došlo k dalšímu posílení vztahu s finským partnerem formou kapitálového propojení. Dnes společně spolupracujeme na projektech EU a máme obchodní kontakty v několika zemích Evropské Unie, zejména pak ve Finsku a Německu.
