so the non sef url for the example above it looks: /?option=com_p8pbb&jview=forum&f=11&Itemid=165.

I was already thinking about to make a custom extension under site/components/com_sef/sef_ext

I created the xml file: com_p8pBB.xml
and the php file: com:p8pBB.php than I create the class class SefExt_com_p8pbb extends SefExt{}

the idea would be somehow to push in the urls the forums category title and all the subforums title. Do you have an idea what would be the best concept?

I'm facing the following issue. I have jomsef installed and the p8pp bridge for phpbb3 integration. The problem is that the url structure is not able to show the category or forum title instead is jumping to the current item and thats how is differing from the breadcrumbs construction. Actually I could manually rewrite with jomsef all my wrong urls but speaking about a forum, in this case would tricky. Would be possible to hack the source in such a way that we take in our calculations some custom criterias to rewrite this links automatcially. I'm going to visualize this with an example:

forum->katze->krankheiten would be the rihgt url. right now I'm getting forum->krankheiten this one is wrong.

What I've been thinking about: if the jomsef sees this url:forum->krankeiten than automatically should rewrite to forum->katze->krankheiten. The reference point would be krankheiten.

so the curl is not a problem i checked that. Even on the life site I have this problem, when I try to upgrade I'm getting error

My download id is okay I've been checking that. Do I need curl enabled for this? Just to let you know I made a joomla upgrade from 1.7 to 2.5.1. Maybe this one would be the problem?

is there a possibilty to get the updates for the paid verion a localhost. I really like to test it before, to know if there are no incompatibility issues before making the update on the live site.

okay is it possible to make something like: if the url contains a given string item(in my case hunderassen etc) to rewrite dynamically to (item1/item2/hunderassen). I have been trying this with htaccess but doesn't seems to take any effect.

I have been trying so one but it's not working. manually to setup links is a bit tricky beacuse is going to handle lot of items. Is there a way to generate dynamically the links in the right way? The problem is that the submenus they don't show up in the url instead I'm getting a link to zoo component attached to the root url.

So I'm trying the figure out the mistery of this component. First of all why is not showing up in the url the child of the menu items title. The generated url is jumping out this issue and instead is showing me the
last child menu items menu title. Second problem where I can switch of for content to not show me the articles titles in the url.
