jitr OFFLINE ARTIO Support Posts: 1432	I mean operating system (Linux, Windows, MAC). No Joomla version. In MAC can be problem unpack zip.

Ah, sorry. I have actually tried this on both a Mac (Snow Leopard) and Windows XP. With windows I could not unpack the zip file (even when I ran the unblock command in properties) however, on the Mac I was able to unpack the zip file. I then re-zipped it so had two versions of the zip - neither worked with I tried to install. I was able to copy the files to a temp folder on the server but same negative result.
