Favazza	So, 2 with the same problem. Can unpack, but can't install.

jitr OFFLINE ARTIO Support Posts: 1432	Try install todays release 1.2.12. There is used safe zip method. It's problem in your environment If won't work.

Favazza	Unfortunately didn't help me. Don't now if it's a permission thing, but I can install other components/plugins.

philreed OFFLINE Posts: 6	PROBLEM SOLVED ! I emailed artio direct and they sent me a new zip file which worked just fine. Great support from their team - THANKS I think they have now placed this new zip on their website so perhaps download it again and give it a try Cheers to all for your help Phil
