Even though I have paid for extensions (and they are still active), I am no longer able to post a new topic in this Customer Support Forum, so I'm posting here.

Please check my status and adjust it so I can start a new forum topic.

JavaScript Files Compression: off

Joomla: 2.5.14
Joomla Cache: Off

JoomSEF: 4.5.1
JoomSEF Cache: Off
JoomSEF SobiPro Plugin: 3.0.5
- Number duplicate URLs: off
- Automatic canonical link generation: off
- Itemid handling: Override with Override Itemid

The main SobiPro directory page occasionally returns 404 error and it only happens on SobiPro page. After seeing the 404 error, if I refresh the page, the SobiPro page loads up fine.
