Sure have - see screenshot. But still, it appears to be blank on front end

It seems like you have some other plugin installed that interferes with JoomSEF. You can try disabling all installed plugins except JoomSEF to see if meta tags works.
Also, do you have some global meta data configured in your Joomla's global configuration? At least those should be displayed. Try also disabling JoomSEF to see if some meta data appears.
