Hello,

I have made the changes as described, afterwards I deleted the old URLS in the SEF Manager. Still now I have no new URLS in the manager, but when I go to the menu I see the URL including the categories.

Make sure to also clear your Joomla's cache and the cache in JoomSEF - from JoomSEF's Control Panel on the Maintenance tab.
