Hi! i've bought VMInvoice but i can't register it, it tells me:

Your VM Invoice is not registered

and

It was not possible to check your registration information. The upgrade server may be temporarily down. Please, try again later.

I don't konw if the number in registration field is correct, because in my invoice the ID number is missing. I send a message from your home but nothing. Please aid me. The site is www.tribu.it.

Hello,
well, it may happen because of security restrictions at your server. And when the component is checking registration at our server, the communication is stopped.

In such case, you cannot use automatic updated and need to stick to manual updated.

But first of all, make sure you are entering the correct ID. You need to enter the Download ID, which is the 32-chars long number you have receieved with your order.

I also have the same problem. Other components such as RSSEO register and check for updates without a problem on this hosting platform.
