Hi,

we had some problems with the old version of jomsocial and the new one too.

- If a user try to access to a PM from his inbox (not all mails), the system says that you have to be logged in. - And when you have a private group, where a member has to apply to be a member, when I try to see the requests, joomsef redirects you always to the members of the group, and you can't accept the new members.

When I turn off joomsef it works perfect, there has to me a wrong redirection. I tried to filter it but I don't understand how it works.

I like very much the system for the metatags, so I'll use it anyway. If I lock some sef-urls, and purge the sefurl, the locked url's are still there and their metatags, too??

bufff I can't find any plugin, but I continue investigating this.

I was putting all meta tags with jomsef, so better I should consider to use something else for this , because I'll never can purge my URL's.

Regarding the duplication of the site name, I'm still getting it, here you can see my configuration: imm.io/Z4w for this is necesary to purge the site??

When a purge the site what happens with the sitemaps and all desriptions, metatags and titles?

I increased the memory limit on php.ini to 48 but didn't restart the apache server, now I restart it last night and it works.

Is this normal to need 48M ?? it seems to be a little bit high.
And do you now why I'm getting the page title twice on the top of the browser??

thanks for your assistance, the error I get from many pages when I install the community extension for JS is:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 264192 bytes) in /var/www/vhosts/costasolsex.com/httpdocs/libraries/phputf8/mbstring/case.php on line 30

After that I uninstalled the extension and the page costasolsex.com/swingers-almeria works again.

Hi,

so at the end, I've upgraded to ver 3.7 without extensions and it works fine.
My next step was to install virtuemart extension . . . and the links are nice again for the shop items, but many pages from articles dissapear (not shopping items) I get a white page.

The same happens with Jomsocial, phoca gallery and Eventlist extensions


Have you any idea to solve this ?

At the moment I'm using PHP 5.2.13 and the problems began with 3.7.
Now the best is to begin the work and fix future problems, I will do:

upgrade again to 3.7

MySQL delete following tables: database tables (#__sefaliases, #__sefexts, #__sefexttexts, #__sefmoved, #__sefurls, #__sefurlword_xref, #__sefwords

rename the databases without the suffix

I've seen that the ARTIO JoomSEF Configuration file Unwriteable, is that correct?? If not where can I find this file.
Can I send you the .htaccess file to have a quick look??

last night at the end I uninstalled the version 3.7 and installed again Versión:3.6.2.

But all the configurated SEFs and Redirect's were gone, so I began to search in google which pages are indexed so I began to write all addreses. But still all extesiones I've buyed where gone, I tried to install the joomsocial extension but got an error.

The problem I had since last upgraded to 3.7 is that many addresses wasn't working, when I make a click on it I got a white page or an server error, so my visits from google crashed a 44% due that pages doesn't exist. And when a turned off joomSEF, all links works properly but these pages are not indexed by google.

And I would like to install Joomfish to manage some languages on the web, but now I'm sure if Joomsef will work properly.

I had many problems with the last update too, so I went back to 3.4 and my site works again!

Hoping that a next upgrade will work :(

thanks for your reply. I'm the only user for the site and it change to inactive within minutes :(. Now I uninstalled keyword factory, to see if this plugin is not working. Also upgraded to the latest version of ArtioJomsef and it's extensions.

The ARTIO JoomSEF Configuration file is Writeable

For your information I've been surfing thru the site and it seems to be working, so the problem may be Keyword Factory.

I've changed of server and now Joomsef seems to work ;) But I've a small problem, I don't why, but I activated JoomSEF and JoomSEF plugin, and after a while their a DEACTIVATED again??? Do you why is this happening?

as I wrote before, I moved the database just before ARTIO and nothing it didn't work, then I tried to use the legacy mode and doesn't work too.
Any idea what can I do more??
