Hello. I am running Joomla 1.5.9 and JoomSEF 4 with the Virtuemart extension. I am having 3 issues:

1. When JoomSEF is enabled under the main configuration, the sef urls for my sit look like site.com/about-us/uncategorised/about-us. I have gone into content under extensions and excluded uncategorised and turned off menu display, but I am still seeing this.

2. When JoomSEF is enabled, when I try to click on a virtuemart category link, I am redirected to the home page.

3. None of the meta data is showing up on the front end. Only the meta keyword and description from the home page. How can I get the individual virtuemart product page's meta data to display?

the reason is quite obvious, JoomSEF 4 is NOT compatible with Joomla 1.5.

For Joomla 1.5.x you need to use JoomSEF 3.

1. After you make changes in the settings for generating SEF URLs, you need to use JoomSEF's URLs Manager to either update or delete the already created URLs and then clear JoomSEF's and Joomla's caches.

2. Could you post an example of such link?

3. What is your settings in JoomSEF's Configuration on the Title and Meta Tags tab? Are there any meta data stored for your VirtueMart products in JoomSEF's Meta Tags Manager?
