I see that if I change the menu link from "Bookable items with same template" to "Bookable Item Detail" it will enter the correct time when clicked, but it displays only 1 day at a time. Where can I find the setting to display multiple days on a "Bookable Item Detail" page?

I had to ask permission from the club first, but they said that would be ok. However, The only way I have figured out to make configurations viewable to you is by giving your account super user access. I created the user group as a sub-group from managers, admins, super users, and even as a root group. I have set the permissions to allow viewing/editing configurations in Artio booking's configurations. I have played with the global settings as well in all sorts of combinations and permutations. I've played with the inheritance. I've tried everything I could think, but it always throws back "You are not authorised to view this resource" unless you are set to super user. I also didn't see an option to manage configurations in the front-end. Is there something else I'm missing?

1. why do you have set "periodic calendars" in Global Configuration?


Im not quite sure. I was playing with different settings when I first configured the extension, and forgot to set it back.

2. why do you have set "Enable Maximum Reservation Limit"?
3. why do you have set "fix limit"?


These are rules set by the tennis club.

I changed all settings as per your instructions (although I was slightly unsure what you meant by "periodic calendars in global configuration". I assumed you meant "set everything to know under 'period calendar' in Booking configuration." maybe that's wrong though) but im still having the same problem. Included below are screen shots of the settings to make sure I understood you properly and another example screenshot.

Hello again,

I'm having a problem using the hourly booking. I have a tennis court set up to be bookable from 8:00 to 18:00 each day of the week. It displays the correct timespan in half-hour intervals, but from 8 - 12 each day the boxes are solid white and unbookable, however when someone clicks on the first bookable time (12:00 - 12:30), it registers as 8:00 - 9:00. Or in other words, the booking times are offset by 4 hours. Is this a bug, or is there some setting that I need to change?

I'm trying to configure Book-It to send an email to the User after a reservation is made. Emails to admins are sent, but nothing is sent to the user.

I have selected an email template to be used under Configuration -> SMS/Email -> Reservation: Customer

But nothing ever arrives. I've checked in both the spam and regular inbox. Does anyone know what else I need to do?

On a side note, certain email clients mark the emails sent by Book-It as spam. Does anyone else have this problem?
