I have purchased JoomSEF 4 and the Hikashop extension but I can not get the extension to generate sensible URL's. I have set this up on a completely fresh install to test.

What I was hoping to achieve was a URL that reflected the shop category hierarchy, so ...

.../shop/fine-art-papers/bristol-boards/300-series-bristol

where shop is the joomla menu item and 300 Series Bristol is the product

At the moment I am getting ...

For the shop page

/shop - which is what I want

for the fine-art-papers category

/fine-art-papers when expected is shop/fine-art-papers

for the bristol boards subcategory

/shop/product-category/fine-art-papers/bristol-boards when I expect /shop/fine-art-papers/bristol-boards

nothing I do gets rid of "product/category"

then for the product I get

product-category/fine-art-papers/bristol-boards/strathmore-300-series-bristol?category_pathway=151

when I expect

shop/fine-art-papers/bristol-boards/strathmore-300-series-bristol

There are other issues, so if I create a Joomla menu item to a shop subcategory with JoomSEF switched on selecting the subcategory just goes to the main shop page.

I am using Hkashop Business 2.5.0

I have tried pretty much every permutation of plugin setting, none of which seem to do what they say they should.

I need a solution to this please or a full refund.
