Is it possible to connect an external webdav service?

I have a problem with joomDoc tree , with the link and the name of root folder.
All work well except for the link to root folder, if you click the root folder in the module an error 404 appear but not if you click a subfolder so the path is correct and I think this is a bug
I try to change the setting and the position of the documents folder but no changes
I also change the name of ROOT_FOLDER variable in language.ini under andministrator and JoomDOC module but this do not change in the front end.

Is it possible to connect an external webdav service?
