Solved :-)

in the JoomSEF ExtensionsManager under Installed SEF Extensions was an Extension called Remository.
I uninstalled this Extension and now it works.

hello,

i installed JoomSEF and everything looks fine.
Then I tested the user login but it does not work, everytime I try to login as a user I get:
Direct Access to this location is not allowed.

If I disable JoomSEF, I can login as user without any problem

The normal frontend works fine.
The admin backend works fine.

Only if I try to login as a user I get this error.

My suggestion is that the problem accures because of double site name, but i am not sure if
the site name is different between the normal frontend and the login frontend.

Hope someone can help me.
