I can't change the local country prefix (I want 351 ) as see in picture attached. When the costumer regists in my Magento store he writes the phone number without the prefix of my country therefore I can't send automated SMS to him. How can I solve this issue?

I installed the module SMS for Magento and I want to choose to send SMS messages from my orders as the first picture attached. But I don't have this option. I can only send comments and doesn't have the option send SMS. Any help, please?
