It's total silence here. How do I import all the charts made in Joomla 1.5.24 to Joomla 1.7. I would appreciate your answer. I have installed the latest version of Fusion Charts in J1.7. Can you give me the steps to get my charts from J1.5.

I installed the latest version of FusionCharts in my Joomla 1.7 site (the site was migrated using Jupgrade from 1.5.24). I had more than 200 charts. I don't see my charts in the Chart manager in 1.7. What should I do to get my charts from 1.5.24?

We are using Joomla 1.5. Just got JoomSEF 3 within the past 30 days. We plan to upgrade to Joomla 1.7. in the next two weeks. Do I have to buy JoomSEF 4 or I can get a complimentary upgrade. Thanks.

I get the error below when we call our home page of our website www.tipponline.com. If I click the "Home Page" on the error message it goes to the home page. Any help is appreciated.

I have the previous paid version of JoomSEF and plan to renew it. Is there any info how to get started -- to use the software most effectively. The documentation does not hand hold beginners like me, rather it succintly describes feautures exhaustively. The jargon goes over my head. I know I can use SEO, have the software, but dont know how to go about it. Any reading material would be appreciated.

Do you uninstall and re-install. I downloaded and tried to reinstall on top of the earlier version. It did not work. I am afraid to uninstall -- I have 100 charts and don't want to lose them. Is there a way to let long labels scroll to multiple lines? For example I want to do a bar chart and the labels are given below:

I use the latest paid version. When I tried importing I get error. Where can I get instructions how to upload data using a CSV file. Any help would be appreciated.
