Hello. My problem is that when I'm trying to sell ticket from the front-end and I confirm the creation of tickets, an error appears and no pdf is created. The error says (in spanish:)

" Error:Identificación de descarga inválida!

that means: "Error, invalid identification of download!"

Please help
