I am not using joomla cache so I do not really need to clear that. I am confused...this is not working as expected...

We have installed the virtumart extension and it is not doing anything. We have all the green lights on the bottom right of the control panel of the joomsef... We have cleared the cache... started with the home page and browsed every product page. we then went to administrator and updated the urls ...it showed 145 and then when you go back to the store it is not sef titles.

What am I missing? Someone please help..
