I create and email notification and i put the {DATE} for example in 2 different places... I make a reservation and it fills only the 2nd one...The 1st one is appearing as {DATE}... I have the issue in many other tags in email

Are there any special conditions that has to be filled in order to replace the tag with the value ?

Hello,

the field {DATE} can be only in the part "object".
Please, check also email body in Email Template by clicking on toogle editor if there is some html tag.

What do you mean by the term "part "object" ..? Give me an example please..

Generally i have the same problem with all tags... Sometimes are replaces correctly and other not !

Some tags are inside <td> tags or so .... I want html emails to be send...so there what type of htmls tags are allowed ..?

I have aslo check with no any html tags and the problem occurs !

Hello

Some marks are for reservation item only and has to be packed in structure {OBJECTS}{/OBJECTS}.

For example:

{OBJECTS}
{OBJECT TITLE}
{DATE}
{PRICE}
{/OBJECTS}.

The structure is repeated for each item. If one of item marks is out of structure then is not replaced. Marks have to be in uppercase letters. They cannot contain any space or HTML.
