I am looking at using the Booking software you have made. I have an existing hotel with already quite some guests. I need to import them. Which could be done in Joomla.

Is it possible in your booking system to have extended user profiles? Such as: date of birth, name of dog(s), food preference and other notes? Is it then possible to export users back to excel or so? ( I guess this could be done with other software if needed).
