Hi, i installed paid version but this error:

Joomla!
500 - Si è verificato un errore.

JHtmlGrid: :checkall non supportato.

Torna al Pannello di controllo

or

Joomla!
500 - Si è verificato un errore.

JHtml: :bootstrap non supportato. File non trovato.

Torna al Pannello di controllo

What is the problem?

if you wait an assistance from Artio team, please, send us a Support ticket - it can be found in your Artio user account -> left panel -> Support.

Sorry, but this component: com_artiofusioncharts_user.zip is only for joomla 2.5 or joomla 3.x
In my site with joomla 3.x the component doesn't install!!

Help me please
