TOPIC: FusionCharts will not save in Joomla 2.5

FusionCharts will not save in Joomla 2.5 11 years, 12 months ago #35100

Hi There,

I just purchased the SITE version of the Artio Fusioncharts plug in.

When I upload a CSV file, edit my graph, and then save, it kicks me back to the Joomla Admin Dashboard.

How can I correct this?

Hello,

It kicks you back to Joomla Dashboard and you are still logged in? Or it will log out you? Second problem (log out) might occur after long inactivity. Then you should set Session lifetime to longer period.

maju,

I have tried and re created this over and over and it takes me straight back to the dash board and does not log me out.
It looks like there is another post on these forums within the past few days that is having this same issue. Maybe its a problem with the plugin dealing with large amounts of data? I just need a fix

Hello,
that is exactly same problem than I have - posted earlier.
I changed value to long text as suggested but didn't help.
I have 50 columns and each has one value - cannot save or save and close - throws me to dashboard.
Values are not huge between -300 and 2100 - one value (no decimal) in each column.
If needed I can give admin access.
