403 when trying to access "Documents" backend tab

403 when trying to access "Documents" backend tab 13 years, 8 months ago #30547

Hello to all! I have a 403 - Error occured problem with JoomDoc in my Joomla! 2.5 installation.
The error shows up when I click on the "Documents" options in the Artio JoomDoc Control Panel at my backend and is the following:

403 - An error has occurred.
You aren't allowed to access this folder.

I have set the full path in the options and the selected folder has all the nessesary rights for both the owner and the group.
I also unistalled and reinstalled JoomDoc, but nothing changed.

Could you please help me?

I think it's a problem with the ACL rule ...
