Moved sites to new ip, powered by link is visible 10 years, 11 months ago #38817

Hi,

I've purchase joomsef 3 years ago. Now I've moved our sites to a new server with a new ip address and all of the sudden the "Joomla SEO powered by JoomSEF" link is visible. I've checked the download ids, they are not changed. The urls are not changed as well. Could you help me?

Hi,

I'm sorry for the very late reply. This problem is most likely caused by line endings style being changed in the files during transfer.
The solution is simple, just open the Upgrade page in JoomSEF and click the Online Migrate to Paid Version or the Reinstall from Artio Server button, whichever is visible.
