Hi,

We have a server licence and use JoomSEF 3 and 4 on this server cause we have both Joomla 1.5 and 2.5 running.

When i use com_joomsef 3 download Id Registration Info say "Not activated Yet"
If i try with com_joomsef 4 download Id Registration Info say it is registered to me but don't want to upgrade cause he need com_joomsef 3 ...
There is clearly a confusion beetween version and id ...

How can we solve this ??

Hi,

As regards the "Not activated Yet" message, you need to download the installation package at least once from our e-shop using your Download ID. That activates your upgrade period, which is then active for one year from the first download.

For JoomSEF 4, do you use the correct Download ID? You should use the one starting with d96c...
