TOPIC: VirtueMart extension upgrade error

VirtueMart extension upgrade error 14 years, 3 months ago #9927

Under Extensions Management, VirtueMart is showing I can upgrade from 2.0.15 to 2.0.16
However when I click the Upgrade button I get this error
Download ID is not valid.
Unable to find install package.
[ Continue ... ]


If I try to upload the latest package through the Upgrade tab I get this error
Cannot upgrade.
Either your JoomSEF version is up to date or its upgrade is no longer supported


I'm on JoomSEF version 3.5.3

I was able to upgarde the User extension without issue.

Hello,

do you have the extension Download ID entered in its settings?
(check extension registration topic in FAQ - www.artio.net/faqs/artio-joomsef/licensi...-and-paid-extensions)
