Hello,

I use Joomla 2.5 and the latest version of jomsef. My website has french and english langages. I use native fonction to translate pages and menus.

When I enable Jomsef I have problem on several page. If I have only page (for example to a component like listbingo) the mainmenu not display in english (my second langage). I have good param before a french menu and an english menu.

I can see the page but not the mainmenu.

What Can do to resolve it? I have test to add an manuel URL to jomsef to english langage but no results.

Hi,

Please check in JoomSEF's Configuration on the Language tab that you have JoomSEF's language management enabled and set up.

Same problem if this is check.

A special option to enable with this langage menu?

And also If it's enable I have problem with Listbingo: an error 404 when we post ads.

Please open the Manage Extensions page in JoomSEF and post what is your Active Handler for Listbingo.
Please also post an example of URL that displays the 404 error.

Hello,

Handler for listbingo is JoomSEF extension .

I have check 404 problem.

Stay that with several URL in english (second website language) the mainmenu not display (component listbingo, contact...). If I try to go in this URL with joomsef > manage sef urls and select "SEF: no" the page and mainmenu displays. But I get native URL to Joomla. How can I also add custom URL to replace this problem?

First of all make sure that your System - Language Filter plugin is disabled and that you have the JoomSEF language management enabled in JoomSEF's Configuration on the Language tab.

The problem with Listbingo is most likely caused by duplicate SEF URLs being created. Please check what SEF URL is created for posting ads and check if there is only one such URL in JoomSEF's URLs Manager. If there are duplicates, you should contact your Listbingo JoomSEF extension developers to fix it.

The problem with mainmenu not being displayed is most likely caused by wrong Itemid being stored in JoomSEF's database. Please post an example of what URL is used on your website when you set "SEF: no" and what Real non-SEF URL is being stored in JoomSEF's URLs Manager.
