I would like to setup the caching mode to direct acces so each time a page goes to get cached does not count as a visit and perhaps speed increase on caching pages.

I have latest version but it is not working...

Is there anything special I need for it to work? file permissions or something?

Dear jsjc,

You must only apply mage patch by pushing orange button "Apply Mage Patch" on the tab "Main Configuration" in the M-Turbo administration.

It does relatively brutal hack to core of Magento. Which version of Magento do you use?
