You guys have terrible support, after purchasing paid m-turbo there was writing that we will get priority support, not the support in meybe answer meybe not in 1 week time.

Buyed M-Turbo like 2 weeks ago, and its not working and no normal support providen. All the times geting error:
Synchronization error : SQLSTATE[40001]: Serialization failure: 1213 Deadlock found when trying to get lock; try restarting transaction
Synchronization error : SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry 'home-1' for key 'REQUEST_PATH_UNIQUE'

I tried restart it much times, dont help, always geting a error.

We have around 5 000 products and like 300 categories and in future will have much more.

I'm sorry. We sent email you before day yesterday. Error with "deadlock" is non-standard issue, it probably issue on server rather in the our module.

It seems there was "dead lock" during synchronization. Dead lock might happen during a database transaction for a large amount data. There was two transactions which waiting each other. How many categories and products you have in your shop? Also you can try to do a synchronization later, it is possible that there had been a other transaction during synchronization.

After like 3 week trying resolve problems with M-Turbo, finally decided to surrender because no way this module can work normal.

Customer support response time from 2 weeks to ... i believe 100 years, which isn't priority support like written on Product information.

The problem with that module - cart always empty if you refresh, and all other modules which should be refreshed after some action, failed. So its like everything you get mega fast catalog show, and all modules with bugs and non working. Im not sure our customers will like that.

Its 3th time im trying to put "great" M-Turbo on mine websites and 3th time its doesn't do what it suppose to.

I'm recommending search other good working module without bugs and a lots of problems.

Also on mine asking grand me refund because module doesn't work, i got no reply like 2 weeks now :)

I'm sorry, but I'm not aware of any major delay in the response time. We always try to answer each question as soon as possible. However, it may sometimes happen that email is filtered as spam. Unfortunately, we do not have much influence to it. If it happend, you have my apology.

Yes. M-Turbo have problems on some sites, especially when the page contains multiple dynamic blocks. That is why we offer a demo version for free download. Every potential user can test the M-Turbo and see the principles of its operation, which, and to admit it, is not perfect and is not ideal for all types of sites.
